The Hague Region participates actively in European projects. The main reason for that is the opportunity to learn from developments in other parts of the Union and to participate as a full-fledged partner in the policies which Europe develops for the regions. Learning is a two-way process, best practices can be found elsewhere but also in our region by other parties. Making our regions more viable, innovative and sustainable will help Europe meet those requirements as a whole. Strong European regions mean a strong Europe.
